Day 4 of being home, and I have started my new job. It was straight into it, and I loved it! Working in the city is going to be fun too, although the sting of paying $13 a day in parking might take a few weeks to settle.September 05, 2010

Our first day home. We hired a car to drive from Sydney, and stopped in Goulburn for a break. It was a bit of a shock to a) feel the temperature well below 10 degrees, and b) be surrounded by cars with snowboards and skis on the roof again!September 01, 2010

So, the Maltese Islands are not the most organised of places, which is part of their charm in a way! It wasn't quite so charming, however, at the airport on our way home. Nothing like a couple of hours standing in a queue.

We left our beautiful apartment today (sniff, sniff), and have moved back into Chalet Martin. We love it here though, and it was what first brought us to Gryon, so it's hard not to feel at home.
